Sometimes I see you in the stars and wonder where you are exactly.
It’s as if you bottled up your youth for him in a sort of time capsule.
For the moments he would have felt like a weak old man.
He’s strong because of the man whose rib belongs to the woman he’s given his father to.
A few blackouts didn’t stop him from carrying the you inside of him that we’ll always need.
He’s been bringing you back to us and we’ve been falling in love again.
With the sights and sounds of your name.
With the very nature of your presence.
I can’t wait to see his eyes full of light again from having encountered all of your stars.
It seems as if you’ve bottled up your youth for him in a sort of time capsule.
For the moments
He’s strong because of the man whose rib belongs to the woman he’s given his father to.
I think of you often.
Sometimes I see you in the stars and wonder where you are exactly.
And I love you.
