The Spurgeon
The Spurgeon Building is a central location to some of the most key hot spots in Santa Ana such as the Civic Center, Public Library, Courthouse and the Santa Ana Zoo. If you wanted to buy a monthly pass to the zoo you could go there on your lunch break its so close. If you need a place to study or search, the library is within walking distance.
There are many restaurants in the area as well as small stop food joints like Subway and Mexican food from Guadalajara. You can also stop in the Gypsy Den for a bite to eat or to grab a cup of coffee or tea. The Gypsy Den can be a fun place to meet with friends, clients or co-workers.
There is office space available for young professionals in The Spurgeon Building from $300+. If you're interested, contact (714) 881-1739 for more information.

Whirlpool Continued
I suppose the concept of a family is just like the photo on the last post titled, °Whirlpool°. The family can be represented both inside the °mush'pot° as well as in the running circle. The key to family is to be connected no matter your position in the sample picture located in the last blog post titled, °Whirlpool°. Be comfortable with being both inside of the °mush'pot° and floating around on the buoyancy of the water on the edge. Everything works out when there is connection.

Whirlpool
Life can be like a giant game of duck-duck-goose. A certain number of x's displayed in the attached photo are placed in the center (aka: mush-pot) while the rest surround them in a big circle.
When the movement of x's in the "outer" circle begin to shift, it creates a sort of whirlpool effect. If you've made a whirlpool in the spa you might have noticed the center becomes a small, tight, whirling circle. In turn, the movement of water allows one to float on the outer layer of the water.
Just like the concept of floating around the edge of a whirlpool, the x's in the circle during a game of duck-duck-goose are doing the running while the people in the mush-pot are stuck sitting.

The Spurgeon Building
The Spurgeon
If you take a glance from the front of the building, The Spurgeon in Downtown Santa Ana is a gem. Its big and wraps around almost an entire block of the Downtown area. When looking up to the fourth floor from the outside, the view is almost childlike in considering the buildings enormity.
The inside of the Spurgeon Building is currently undergoing renovations. The office spaces on the second floor are ready-to-go and currently being rented out. The best view from The Spurgeon Building is from the rooftop where you can see magnificent angles of the surrounding Orange County areas, including the beach. There has been exciting talk of opening a rooftop lounge where you can also see Catalina Island on a clear day!
The office spaces open for rent now on the second floor are newly renovated and ideal for the young professional opening a new business or expanding the one they already have. The room sizes vary as well as the prices which run anywhere from $300 plus per month. The office spaces are located in the heart of Santa Ana near the Santa Ana Courthouse, the Zoo and the art district.
Downtown Santa Ana is within close driving distance to all popular South County beaches as well as the Fairgrounds, John Wayne Airport, Disneyland and more. To say the least, this is a fantastic building in a key location in good timing and opportunity. The clock tower is ticking. Come and check it out.
